Refund Policy for The Exclusive Edge Travel Advisory

At The Exclusive Edge, we strive to provide exceptional luxury travel advisory services. In the event that you need to request a refund, please refer to the following conditions:

 

General Refund Policy

- All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to connect@thexclusivedge.ch.

- Refunds from third party vendors will be processed when received from our vendors and only after the request is approved.

 

Booking Fees

- Any non-refundable booking fees paid at the time of service engagement will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Travel Arrangements

- Refunds for travel arrangements (e.g., flights, accommodations, activities) will be subject to the cancellation policies of the service providers we work with. 

- If you need to cancel a booking, it must be done in accordance with the specific policies of the provider as communicated at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation by the Client

Cancellations Due to Circumstances Beyond Control

- Please consider having travel insurance.

 

Changes to Bookings

- If you need to make changes to your travel arrangements, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply, depending on the service provider’s policies.
