Before I suggest anything, I take the time to understand how you travel:

We talk by phone, video call or in person for around an hour.
The more I understand, the more personal my recommendations become. I keep it all on file, so every trip after the first begins where the last one left off.
Proposal & Booking
Rather than an endless list of possibilities, you receive a considered proposal: two or three options that fit what you've told me and the budget you have in mind, with my candid view on each.
Once you've chosen, I handle every booking, confirmation and detail in between.
Simple hotel bookings carry no fee. For complex journeys, a research and proposal fee applies, from CHF 500, payable in advance.
On-the-Ground Support
My work doesn't end when your booking is confirmed.
If a flight is cancelled, plans change or you'd like a table for tonight, message me on WhatsApp and I'll take care of it, while you get on with enjoying your trip.
Knowing someone is there is often worth as much as the booking itself.
Changes to bookings I've made are included. New requests while you're travelling are billed at my standard time rates.
