You could book it yourself. Most of my clients could. What they get by booking with me is what a booking site can't offer: one advisor who knows them, backed by the relationships of one of the world's leading private luxury travel clubs. When it matters, that means access. And if something isn't right, I know exactly who to call.

You pay the best available rate, the same as booking direct, plus complimentary benefits at partner hotels. Depending on the hotel, these may include daily breakfast, hotel credit, a room upgrade when available, a spa treatment or a special experience. And the hotel knows you're coming.

I'll arrange as much or as little around it as you like: someone to meet you as you step off the plane and a car waiting outside, a table at the right restaurant, a guide who shows you the city beyond the guidebook, and the small surprises that make a special occasion.

Executive travel comes with shifting schedules, tight connections and little room for error. I work alongside executive assistants, not in place of them, taking the travel detail off their desk so they can focus on everything else they manage.
They stay in control of the diary. I handle the research, the bookings and the changes when plans move at the last minute, with preferences kept on file so nothing needs explaining twice.
